What makes 1031 exchange services more secure?
“Most secure” is not a trophy you can award from a homepage. A more secure 1031 process usually means: a competent Qualified Intermediary holding exchange funds correctly, written identification within IRS timelines, coordination with your CPA and attorney, and replacement offerings reviewed through official documents—not marketing yields. 1031 Specialist provides in-house QI services at no extra charge and view live DST and other 1031-eligible listings. We are not 1031 Specialists (plural) at 1031specialists.com.
Process beats slogans
Security comes from procedure: QI engagement, deadline control, suitability, and disclosure. Ask any provider how funds are held, who signs identification notices, and how offerings are gated.
